03 April YEAH!!!Well we are FINALLY moved in, not completely we are still unloading and unpacking and such! I am just so glad to be out of where we were living....
Diet hasnt been good, and niether has exercise although we have started to walk to our mail box every day, which is somewhat of a hike! We need to get going I know we wont be our goal wieghts by the finally but I plan to keep on with this!
03 März So Much to do and so little timeSo much has happened in the past two weeks..
Wieght Loss I am holding steady.. :(
We went to our new house to get some pictures the 21st and our roof was leaking down the entire length of the house badly... So its once again postponed our moving. I am getting worried and stressed we have till the 15th to move out of the place we are at... what should have been 45 days to move is quickly turning into us needing to get a storage unit and either stay with friends/family or rent a hotel... because there is NO way that the house is going to be repaired in time!
I am on cycle day 55 and no aunt flo... negative pregnancy test (2) my dr. has reffered me to a reproductive specialist now. I am not sure how I feel about that. I am trying hard to lose weight so I dont need the drugs and the shots and all of this... I go in april 17th, six weeks from now, I hope that I can lose at least 30 pounds in those six weeks...
My schedule at work is getting sporatic. I get 40 hours but now they are rearranging it only to rearrange it again./.. which I don't like, I like my four tens, 7am-530pm.. I am fine with that and wish it would stay that way till I either get the trainer position or I quit... this is not a likely so we will see
I hope that now I can be more realiable with our posts! 14 Februar Mini Goal OneBy Feb 15th2008 I am going to wiegh 240 a loss of 30 pounds. Which is 5 pounds a week... When I reach this wieght I will buy myself a new swimsuit...
Tomorrow is my first mini goal deadline.. 30 pounds lost...
In six weeks I've lost a gigantic 10 pounds! 20 pounds away from my goal.. This is only my own fault... I haven't been eatting the best and exercise consists of playing with Puglsey and packing boxes. Not a stellar plan. With moving and such we just have no time ...
this is our schedule
540- let the dog outside, come back in and cuddle for 5-10 minutes then I get up and shower/get ready.
630- we leave for work.
7:00-5:30 I (annie) work
6:00 come home let puglsey outside run around in the back yard. feed him, figure out supper for us...
7 either we run errunds or watch tv.
9pm I am in bed again.
We need to do something and figure out a better system. Once we move on our way home we drive by the Ymca where we've been members since dec 06 and have gone... Never... Where we live right now the closest Y is 20 minutes away. So when we move we will have no excuses to not stop.
Also with our taxes we are going to buy an eliptical machine. Which I am sooo looking forward to. It can't come fast enough for me.
So now I have to redo my goals My old mini goals are in black and intalics. My new are in Yellow.
By April 12th 2008 (Greg's graduation party) weigh 200 pounds. When I reach 200 pounds I am going to buy myself a killer outfit for Greg's graduation Party. :)
By March 27th 08, I will wiegh 230. That is a wieght loss of five pounds a week. When I reach this wieght I will go on a hike with my mother in law for her birthday. And hopefully not get so winded!
By May 12th 2008 I am going to wiegh 180, when I reach 180, I will again buy myself a new Swimsuit and a day at the salon!
By May 8th wiegh 200 pounds, sticking with the goal of 5 pounds a week. When I reach this wieght I will buy myself a new swimsuit...
by June 12th 2008 I am going to wiegh 160, when I reach 160 I will celebrate by booking my trip to Scotland!
By June 19th 2008 I am going to weigh 170, I will celebrate by buying a sexy outfit for our trip to New York.
By July 4th 2008 I am going to wiegh 140, I will celebrate by planning a big party for my friends and family!
By July 24th 2008 I am going to wiegh 140, I will celebrate by booking a day at the spa with my friends.
By July 12th 2008 I am going to wiegh 130, I will celebrate by buying a whole new sexy wardobe and doing the baby dance all night long! :) I will feel so incredible, so full of engery and pride for what I did, for what I accomplished! I will hopefully have kicked this fat girl out for good, this PCOS in the a55 forever! I will dance and dance and dance! I will get myself a make over. and Go clubbing! We will buy or start building our house!
By August 1st I am going to wiegh 130. I will feel so awesome and full of energy. I can't wait for this! I will celebrate by buying a new sexy wardobe, doing the baby dance all night long, I will get myself a make over, and go clubbing with all my friends and family. I will also put a downpayment on my dream house and my dream camera!
So there are my new goals and ambitions.
To acheive these I am going to stop making excuses and exercise NO matter what for atleast 20 minutes a day. I am going to cut out all pepsi, including when we go to a restraunt. I will trade french fries for salad at least 1/2 of them time( I cant give it totally up) :( I will start wearing a safety pin when we work out!
In order to focus on these goals, I am going to stop actively with fertilty pills trying to get pregnant. I will try to stop obcessing over when and if I will become a mom!
Weight Loss This weekWell I lost another pound so offically I am down 10 pounds at 260.... 12 Februar Still working on it...I am still kicking. Not been feeling well the last week or so and run down it seems. HOpefully I will be 100% soon, and lose some serious weight. I am looking forward to being thinner and being able to wear clothes that were once tight on me. Hopefully it will happen that we get in the right groove soon... Hopefully!!!! |
